Great communications before and during our stay. We chose this location since it was very convenient to the family we were visiting. Also because they were pet-friendly (though we wound up not bringing our dog). Very easy to work with.

It was very nice house and a nice quiet neighborhood. It was close to the zoo and an easy bus ride to town. The only drawbacks were the curtains were rather confusing. And the couch was not very comfortable. But the beds definitely were comfortable.

This was a fantastic stay! Great location, friendly neighbors, place was better than expected. Despite this being a “unit”/shared property it felt VERY private. Will absolutely stay again if we are in the area.

I love this Airbnb the neighborhood it’s in and all the stores near it as well it’s always clean and spotless! There was a conflict with the Airbnb guest below our unit I contacted the host and they handled it perfectly great communication. Thank you so much for taking care of the issue!

We love this house we will for sure be coming back! Clean spotless lots of space the yard was beautiful spacious fenced in we had frenchies and a medium size dog so it was literally perfect. Lovely neighborhood to walk in as well. 10/10 recommend

We had a great stay here. The location was close to everything we wanted to do but in a cute private neighborhood. It was perfect for our family.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property and will definitely be back. It is conveniently located, in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. Very close to downtown Seattle and its attractions. The house is very comfortable, well-appointed and clean. It also has a nice fenced-in backyard. But what I appreciated the most were the hosts. Muni was amazing to work with...communicative, personable, accommodating/flexible and truly concerned with making sure that we had the very best stay. Whether it is this property, or one of their others, I highly recommend these hosts. Top tier, for sure.

We had a lovely stay at Muni's place. It was perfect for us while on a visit to Seattle. Everything was as pictured and VERY clean. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend this to anyone traveling in the area.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this home. Enjoyed the spa like bathroom as a 3rd trimester pregnant woman! Beds were comfortable and cozy. Queen Anne is a friendly and beautifully maintained neighborhood, would stay again.

This house was a great homebase for playing tourist in Seattle with my kids and my in-laws. Close to a lot of things but also easy to park and calm. The upstairs suite was an especially nice escape. I would come and stay again.

Perfect location. We had family in from New York and the neighborhood was quiet with easy parking. Location was close enough to attractions but far enough away from the madness. Local shops were great, clean, cozy. The bed in the master was so comfortable we went home and bought the pillows.

We were a group of 6 friends staying at the home. It was a great place for a college roommates reunion weekend! Comfortable living room to hang out in, kitchen we could cook in, and comfortable beds. The neighborhood was lovely! Very quiet and we felt safe. Street parking was easy right in front of the house. Communication from time of booking through checkout was good! We greatly appreciated a bit earlier check in. A few items were needed and brought to us quickly. I definitely recommend this home for a comfortable stay on Queen Anne.

Shay and Muni were super responsive with niggly problems that had little to do with the house (ninth inning of a playoff game and we couldn’t get our laptop to talk with the Apple TV 😳). They even called to walk me through it! The master bedroom is super comfortable and really spacious. I loved that the living room couch is positioned so the mini split heat pours right onto it. Yum. Kitchen has a full set of good pots and pans, a new coffee maker, plenty of dishes and flatware. And the location is great—quiet neighborhood. Loved it and would definitely stay again.

This place is so far the best place I've stayed at. Super spacious, well furnished and equipped., great back and front yard, safe location, and the best area in Seattle, close to downtown. There is a supermarket and a gas station nearby, a 2-3 min drive. The host was super attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this place!

Great location in the Queen Anne neighborhood. Spacious home with access to back deck and lovely front yard. Hosts responded with swiftness to any questions and we were able to check in early, which was a bonus since our flight was earlier in the day.

The place was even better in person. Super cozy and cute! The rooms were beautifully designed! The backyard had a nice view of the city! Great place to staycation! A great house in a cute neighborhood. It was raining during our stay but we would have loved to use the beautiful backyard space. Hosts were communicative and helpful with check-in!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in May with 2 kids, and 3 adults and during that time we felt right at home. The home is spacious and recently renovated. The kitchen is well appointed and we made most of our meals at home, while at the same time Queen Anne has some great restaurants. The big TV and couches on the ground floor made for fun movie nights with the kids. The top floor master bedroom and en suite bathroom are extremely spacious. The kids had a bed to themselves in their room, and grandma had a separate bedroom with a large closet. On sunny days the backyard was a great place for the kids to blow off stream and for us to have a glass of wine. Most days we went for a walk and enjoyed the leafy streets and occasional water views from Queen Anne. The house is also well situated to be easy to visit Magnolia by car, which we needed to do. Muni was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and fixed any issues right away, like refilling the bbq tank. Would stay again!

This place was perfect! It was clean, decor was lovely, and the neighborhood was safe and central to many shops and all the touristy places we wanted to visit. Muni was quick to respond to texts, and answered all my useless questions - including where they got the mattresses and bedding. These were honestly the most comfortable beds we’d ever slept in. The other couple we were with is even planning to buy the same mattress! Would recommend 100%!

Muni's home was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in — and I've stayed in a lot over the years! Beautifully decorated, spotless, comfortable, quiet and easy to access with a car. Street parking is plentiful and easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Seattle and hope to visit again in the future.

Muni’s house is fantastic and definitely a 5 star listing. Great location in a nice neighborhood of Seattle. Reasonable drive or Uber to downtown, Lumen Field, or eclectic shops and restaurants. The house is very well stocked, super clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We had such an amazing stay and the house was the cherry on top. Beautiful views in every direction. The house was clean, in a great neighborhood, and had so many things to do in the area. Our host was very responsive and friendly to any and all of our questions/concerns. Highly recommended if you are looking to book for the area.

Loved our stay in this home. It's right in Queen Anne which is a beautiful neighborhood with lovely homes and people all around. Our dogs felt cozy and happy and we all enjoyed the walks around the area. The host was extremely responsive. We had a small question about a window and he offered to come help fix it right away. It was not necessary, but we appreciated the gesture, especially on a holiday weekend.

First of all let me say that I hardly write reviews. however I had to comment on my stay. Never have I ever checked In to an Airbnb and immediately wished I lived there. This house was immaculate, gorgeous, warm, inviting and just overall amazing. The way it was furnished and styled was right up my alley. All the furniture was practically brand new. The beds and pillows are amazing and more comfortable than most hotels I have slept in. The kitchen was super clean and well stocked. the glassware and utensils were top notch. The little touches make a huge difference. From the bidet in the master bathroom to the automatic electric shades. I was super impressed. I was also allowed to check in many hours early. No hassle. This was my best Airbnb stay hands down. This is my new Seattle spot everytime I visit. Which is quite often.

The place is beautiful. I loved the backyard it’s quite scenic and serene, the house was very clean and welcoming. I loved the owners suit with the bed overlooking the city giving you amazing sun rise and sun sets

We had a lovely stay in this peaceful Queen Ann home! All the furnishings were new and the beds were really comfortable!! That isnt always the case in Airbnb's and we really appreciated it. From the fenced front and back yard for our pup to the beautiful views this was the perfect getaway our group was looking for. We enjoyed our morning walks to the Ugly Mug cafe and visiting in the well lit living room after :) would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Muni and Shay's home! The home was thoughtfully updated, had full kitchen and laundry, and had all the basic amenities covered. We had the upstairs portion, and the beds and pillows were super comfy. The outdoor space was perfect for hanging out and BBQ together during the evenings. We will definitely be sure to check if this home is available for our next stay.

Muni really helped us out in a bind when our original Airbnb host cancelled our stay at 9pm. Muni met us at the house within 20 minutes of us booking and the place was great. We so appreciated their communication and helping us out when we were in a serious pickle! Thanks so much!!
